For as long as I can remember, I have been someone who listens deeply, creates space, offers support, and helps others reconnect with their own inner wisdom. My work is rooted in the belief that each person carries an innate knowing within themselves. I am not here to fix or define your journey, but to walk alongside you with presence, guidance, and practices that honor where you are.
Through my background as a doula, Registered Nurse, former Army medic, yoga instructor, Reiki Master, Thai Yoga Bodyworker, meditation guide, and grief and transition support practitioner, I weave together clinical knowledge, traditional practices, and intuitive care to support the whole person—body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
