A doula is a trained, non-medical support person who assists pregnant individuals before, during, and after childbirth. They provide emotional reassurance, physical comfort, information, and advocacy to help families navigate pregnancy, labor, postpartum recovery, and decision-making with confidence.

An end-of-life doula provides non-medical, compassionate support to individuals and families during the dying process. They offer emotional guidance, practical planning, legacy projects, vigil presence, and resources, helping people navigate final stages with dignity, clarity, comfort, and personalized care throughout.

Pre-Natal and post-natal yoga supports mothers through gentle, adaptive movements, mindful breathing, and relaxation. It helps ease pregnancy discomfort, build strength for birth, aid recovery afterward, and nurture emotional well-being, offering safe practices tailored to the body’s changing needs today.

Thai Yoga Bodywork, known as the "Lazy Man's Yoga" is a therapeutic, movement-based practice combining assisted stretches, joint mobilization, posture alignment, and energy awareness. Clients actively participate, promoting mobility, pain relief, structural balance, and stress reduction, distinct from passive, sequence-focused Thai Yoga Massage. Individuals are fully clothed. Session can be performed on massage mat or table.

Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing practice where a practitioner channels universal life force (energy) through gentle touch or intention. It aims to support relaxation, balance the body’s energy, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. Sessions are noninvasive and deeply calming for many.

 Common services include, but not limited to:

1. In-home health assessments (vitals, wellness checks)

   How does billing work?
   Your membership renews each month on the 1st or 15th, depending on the date you chose when you signed up.
   
   Can I cancel my membership?
   Absolutely. You’re free to cancel any time—no pressure, no long-term commitments.
   
   When will my cancellation take effect?
   To make sure you’re not charged for the upcoming month, please send your cancellation request at least 14 calendar days before your next billing date.
   
   * If you're billed on the 1st, please cancel by the 17th of the previous month.
   * If you're billed on the 15th, please cancel by the 1st of the same month.
   
   If a request comes in later than that, no worries—your cancellation will simply take effect the following month.
   
   Is the first month refundable?
   The first month is non-refundable, but you’ll receive full access to your services during that time.
   
   How do I cancel?
   Just reach out with a written request (email or through your member portal). We’ll follow up with a warm confirmation so you know it’s all set.
   

Our CPR/AED training for families teaches essential life-saving skills—like CPR, choking response, and AED use—without certification. It equips parents and children with confidence and practical knowledge to respond effectively in household emergencies.

Doula Services: Payment plans available

Can I add doula services—prenatal, birth, and postpartum—to my baby registry?

Absolutely. Many families choose to add their doula support to their baby registry, especially if they’re unsure how to budget for it. Your community is often delighted to contribute to something that supports you through pregnancy, birth, and those tender early postpartum weeks.

Doula care isn’t just a service—it’s emotional grounding, informed guidance, and steady support during one of the most meaningful transitions of your life. Contributions toward prenatal visits, birth support, or postpartum care make a deeply thoughtful and practical gift.

Concierge nursing memberships available for those who value reliable, consistent healthcare at home. 

We operate on a simple pay-as-you-go model and do not accept insurance. This allows transparent pricing, flexible services, and personalized care without restrictions, giving you complete control over your wellness choices and costs.

FSA payment options are coming soon, offering even more flexibility in how you invest in your care.

1. All Bookings Are Final

Once you book a service, it is non-refundable. We cannot offer cash refunds for missed appointments or changes of mind.

2. Rescheduling

Life happens! You can request to reschedule 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduling does not include a refund.

3. Service Issues

If there’s a serious issue with your service (e.g., provider no-show), contact us within 24 hours of scheduled date of service. We will work with you to provide a solution such as a reschedule, credit, or alternative service.

4. Personalized Services

Due to the nature of customized services, all services are non-refundable once booked.

5. Legal Notes (MD, VA, DC)

• We clearly disclose this “no refund” policy at booking to comply with local laws.
   
• Your statutory rights are not waived if a service is defective or legally refundable.
