About Me

Welcome - I'm Joni, a Registered Nurse with 20 years of experience in healthcare, also, having served as a Combat Medic. My journey in both medicine and holistic healing has taught me the importance of caring for the whole person - body, mind and spirit. 


Offering services as a Registered Nurse & Healthcare Advocate, Registered Yoga Teacher, Full Spectrum Doula - prenatal to end of life, Thai Yoga body practitioner, and Reiki Master/Teacher. These practices allow me to combine science, intuition, and compassion to support individuals and families through every stage of life.


Here to walk beside you - with empathy, presence, and love - through the joys, the challenges, and the quiet in-between moments that define a meaningful life.
